1997-2000 – Junior Research Fellow Institute of New Chemical Technologies and Materials
2000-2004 – associate professor at Department of Chemistry and Materials study in Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transportation and Communication.

2004-2006 – PhD of the department "Safety and Ecology" in Tynyshpayev Kazakh Academy of Transportation and Communication.

2006 – professor of the Department «General Education» International Academy of Business
 
Scientific research:

1. The methods of synthesis of crotonaldehyde (waste coke) and sulfur (departing the Oil Industry) piperidine derivatives of the new series.

2. Installed biologically active properties of the synthesized compounds (Alt-6, 7-Alt, Alt-S) with respect to the vegetable, grain and other crops.

3. An efficient and cost-effective technology of cleaning soil from heavy metals by phytoremediation using mustard and growth stimulating biologically active synthetic drugs.

4. The complex phytoremediation technology, allowing effectively clean the soil from the impact of heavy metals for disposal of land and to maintain the balance in ecosystems.

5. A member of the editorial board of the journal "Science of Kazakhstan"
